Kashi Clinical Laboratories provides a variety of pricing options based on the specifics of the testing needed.
Whether you need testing for an individual family member, an entire family, a few friends, a whole community or
an entire corporation, Kashi Clinical Laboratories can provide competitive pricing.
Turn Around Time
Kashi Clinical Laboratories can send test results directly to you or
a doctor, donor center or unrelated registry that you have specified.
Qualified tests for potential stem cell donors wishing to be on the
National Marrow Donor Program Registry, Caitlin Raymond International
Registry and other registries are electronically transmitted. AB/DR
molecular results are currently obtained within 18 - 20 days (working
days, and from receipt of sample at our laboratory) and with new
alternative methodologies we can reduce that turn around time down to
3-5 days upon request.
Confidentiality
Kashi Clinical Laboratories is committed to safeguarding the
confidentiality of all patients and donors. A number of procedures to
safeguard privacy are in place, and all employees and contractors are
required to sign an Employee Confidentiality Statement emphasizing the
importance of complete confidentiality. Laboratory procedures are
tracked through an accessioning system utilizing numeric identification
rather than names to further protect our customers.
Long Distance Donor Kits
Kashi Clinical Laboratories provides a kit to donors for AB-DR testing using molecular methods. Our Customer
Service Coordinators in Beaverton, Oregon can provide you with the supplies and information you need.
Customer Service Staff
Our Customer Service staff is dedicated to facilitating the HLA tissue typing process for patients and donors. We provide a wide
variety of support services, and ensure easy communication via toll-free phone numbers, email, and cellular phones.
