Kashi Clinical Laboratories is dedicated to bridging the gap for extended families and friends of bone marrow transplant and other stem cell transplant candidates. We make it easy to get bone marrow testing for those who wish to become donors without the prerequisite of joining a marrow donor registry.

In the past, patients have relied on centralized unrelated bone marrow donor registries dedicated to identifying potential bone marrow donors from the general population (in other words, not related to the patient). Until now, there were few resources available to help leukemia and other patients tap into the large pool of potential donors in extended families or the patient's community.

Kashi Clinical Laboratories offers a variety of resources to help patients and their families access alternative sources of bone marrow donors and obtain fast, efficient and cost effective testing.

We provide the following:

• Long Distance Donor Kits enabling extended family members and other volunteers to be bone marrow tested in their communities, with quick turnaround
• Full service accredited laboratory services
• Supplies needed for organizing and conducting patient-focused, family and community marrow testing drives
• Assistance with fundraising, volunteer development, and patient-focused and drive-based testing
• Assistance with media and community outreach, including press releases, fliers, interviews and press conferences
